General (Limited) Warranty

Any Ozone or Tri-Atomic Oxygen Generator built by ERAC - Clean Air, Inc is warranted against failure due to materials or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from date of purchase or installation. Evidence that the enclosure (case) has been opened, or attempts to open it have been made, automatically voids the Warranty.

Failed unit should be sent to ERAC - Clean Air, Inc prepaid. Repairs will be made quickly and the unit returned, freight paid, with an additional one (1) year added to the existing Warranty.
